Over the past few weeks, we’ve been transitioning operations, auditing systems, and resolving inherited issues affecting leasing, billing, parking, and communication. While some of these challenges may have caused frustration, we want you to know we are actively working on improvements to ensure a better year ahead.
Changes Already in Motion:
- Lease Corrections & Billing Review – We’re fixing discrepancies between signed leases and system records to ensure your lease and charges are accurate.
- Parking Coordination – We’ve escalated unresolved parking requests and are working closely with partners to reduce confusion and prevent ticketing.
- Dedicated Maintenance Team – Our on-site maintenance staff is here to improve response times and service quality.
- Stronger Communication – Expect timely updates, clear information, and quick responses to your questions.
- Office Hours – Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm | Saturday: 10am–2pm.
- Secure Package Handling – All packages will now be delivered to the office for pick-up during business hours; a photo ID is required.
